New in Fast Response

Ask your business anything. Get the answer, and the receipt.

Ask Fast Response answers questions about your calls, texts and customers, and links every answer to the real conversation it came from. In the web app now, mobile coming soon.

What it is

One question. The answer, with its sources.

A bar sits at the bottom of every screen in the app. Type a question in plain English and the answer comes back in seconds, with every fact linked to the real record behind it.

Get the answer, and the receipt

Every fact in an answer is a link. Tap it to open the call, the text thread, or the contact it came from, and check it yourself. That is what makes an AI answer worth acting on.

Ask reads only what you can already see in the app, and it understands your AI-answered calls as well as the ones your team picked up. If it can't find something, it tells you, instead of inventing a source.

What it's for

Nothing slips

It knows who's waiting on you across calls, texts and web chat, and tells you before the lead goes cold.

Numbers without a spreadsheet

Missed calls by hour, calls about pricing this week, texts per team member. Ask it like you'd ask an assistant.

You stay in control

It reads, it never acts. The replies and tasks it drafts open in your normal screens for you to send.

Privacy and control

Reads everything. Touches nothing.

It sees only what you can already see in the app.
It never sends, edits, or creates anything on its own.
Your questions are private to you and kept for 90 days.

Frequently asked questions

Anything about your own conversations and customers. Find things (“What did Maria say about the roof?”), catch what's slipping (“Who hasn't been answered today?”), and count or compare (“calls by day this week”, “how many callers asked about pricing?”). Ask it in plain English, the way you'd ask an assistant.
No. Ask drafts replies and tasks, but nothing goes out until you review it and press send. It reads your data; it never acts on its own.
Your own calls, texts, web chats, contacts and tasks inside Fast Response. Every fact in an answer links to the record it came from, so you can open the call or thread and check it yourself. If it can't find something, it says so instead of guessing.
