Fast Response provides a U.S Business Phone Number and lets you choose when you want to pickup. Any calls not picked up by a human will be handled by AI. It can answer almost any questions, book appointments, capture leads, transfer calls, and send follow-up texts.

Of course! You can easily add a call forwarding option to get all your missed calls from your existing line to go to your AI assistant. When you install our mobile app you will see your calls and Fast Response calls clearly shown on the call screen so you’re not wondering if you’re getting a personal or business call.

You can make calls, send single or mass texts, and chat manually using our web or mobile app. AI is there as a backup when you’re not available to attend to your customers needs.

Our onboarding process should take roughly 5min at most. You will be able to make calls and chat with or without AI.
Business texting will require a separate registration for A2P as per U.S Law. Submission and approval times will vary but usually takes 2-3 weeks. 

Yes, Fast Response only caters to people with an established business. Our capabilities are not meant for individuals and will require a TaxID to register for A2P and texting. 

You can get an SMS and email notification everytime an inbound call is handled by AI. It will include a summary of the interactions with potential next steps needed if any. You’ll also get a direct link to view the whole call recording and transcription.
